Role Overview

The Employer Outreach & Onboarding Interns will support FirmusConnect’s growth by helping identify, engage, and onboard employer partners onto the platform. This role is ideal for a proactive student or recent graduate interested in HR, business development, partnerships, or tech-enabled platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential employer partners aligned with FirmusConnect’s mission

Reach out to companies via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn

Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the senior team

Support the onboarding of employers onto the FirmusConnect platform

Track outreach progress and meet monthly outreach and onboarding targets

Maintain accurate records of employer interactions and feedback
