Sorting and organizing physical and digital files
Sorting invoices and receipts and filing supporting documents
Data entry into Excel/Google Sheets and record systems
Capturing records and keeping files updated
Basic analysis and summaries (simple checks, totals, missing documents)
Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation
Must be currently enrolled in a university, polytechnic or any tertiary institution
Preferably students in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Studies, or related disciplines.
Available to work in-office 1–2 days per week
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (data entry, simple formatting)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Dynamic team player
Reliable and trustworthy
Organizational skills
