MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all candidate references are thoroughly checked and documented promptly.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates regarding the status of
their reference checks.
• Accurately record and manage reference check data in the recruitment system.
• Assist the recruitment team with various tasks, including job postings, resume
screening, sharing feedback to unsuccessful applicants, and interview scheduling.
• Perform administrative duties related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate files
and preparing recruitment reports.
• Ensure all reference checks comply with company policies and relevant legal
requirements.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the reference-checking process
CHALLENGES
• Dealing with unresponsive contacts or language barriers, which can delay the process.
• Managing a large number of reference checks simultaneously
