The Business Development Executive will work closely with the entire team to be the primary driver of employer acquisition for Firmus Connect. This is a field-facing, relationship-intensive role focused on onboarding corporate HR departments, SMEs, and startups onto the platform. You will work directly with leadership to build and manage a pipeline of employer partners across Ghana and, over time, across West Africa.
