Identify, prospect, and onboard new employer partners from corporate HR departments, SMEs, and startups

• Build and manage a pipeline of 30+ employer targets per quarter using CRM tools

• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with employers to post jobs and internships on the platform

• Represent Firmus Connect at career fairs, business forums, and industry association

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with onboarded employer partners to drive repeat postings

• Act as the primary point of contact for employer accounts, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction

• Gather employer feedback and relay insights to the operations and product teams

1.      Assist in creating visual content for social media, presentations, and marketing materials

2.      Support the design of flyers, brochures, banners, and reports

3.      Help with basic branding and layout designs

4.      Edit and resize graphics for digital and print use

5.      Work closely with the digital/content team
